This course introduces students to the publishing process including standard Canadian publishing policies. Students will fulfill a dedicated component on copy-editing from basic proofreading to establishing a “house style”, and the process of manuscript preparation from basic editorial and typographical principles to working with style sheets. Prerequisites: Six credits from: ENG 100, 150, 151, 153, 199 but not including both ENG 100 and ENG 199.
