EA-121 is a dynamic, three-day course designed to explore critical topics related to the role of Education Assistants (EAs) in fostering inclusive, supportive, and safe school environments. Through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and reflective writing, students will deepen their understanding of inclusion, advocacy, and strategies to address peer conflict. Additionally, participants will investigate external issues impacting the BC school system, with a focus on the implications for EAs.
