This is a vocational course which means, in addition to the underlying theory, students will need to DEMONSTRATE specified communication skills. These skills include active listening, collaboration, assertive communication, and conflict resolution.
Key features to interpersonal communication include self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-care. Students will explore these important dynamics in HSW 111.
