This applied course will introduce students to small-press publication in both print and digital form. ENGL 204 focuses on learning to analyse, review, and edit literary works while understanding their place in the Canadian literary landscape. Throughout the semester students will respond to lectures on the theory and practice of literary work (creative and critical) and the material processes from authorship to publication. Students are required to register in a two-hour faculty led computer laboratory.
