This is a new course that has been built for those interested in the world of professional services which make up the majority of business opportunities currently. It will teach you the Gaps model of Services Design and allow you to develop a new service concept based on a service organization of your choice. You will be working in teams and must be motivated to collaborate with others and work on an applied project within this course. I look forward to working with each student and their teams.
