Equity Diversity and Inclusion are the broader topics in which we as OC staff and students are committed to understanding and embracing as standard practice. In order to fully engage in EDI practices, we need to have foundational information in regards to the vast equity-seeking group's unique histories, and our roles in the unconscious bias that perpetuates through systems created to continue to promote inequity for those disadvantaged. 

In this series, we will specifically be learning about the LGBTQ2+ community through our Positive Space training workshops, and providing folks with other community resources they can delve into to deepen their understanding.
